3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed coaching sessions.

  • Personalized consulting services already provided.

  • Digital resources, reports, or documents that have already been delivered.

  • Custom business strategies prepared specifically for the customer.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take between 5 and 10 business days depending on the payment provider and bank.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • A service has been partially delivered.

  • Coaching sessions have already taken place before the refund request.

  • Business resources or materials have already been provided.

7. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel future coaching sessions by providing reasonable notice before the scheduled appointment.

Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to finding a fair solution whenever possible.
